On Monday, the tribunal learned communication data and data obtained from phones logged Ms Wandelt repeatedly requesting Madeleine's mother for a DNA test over that period.

Madeleine's disappearance in 2007 - at the age of three during a vacation in Portugal - is one of the most publicized missing child cases and remains unsolved.

'I Am Not Seeking Money'

Another voicemail, presented in court, documented Ms Wandelt stating: "I realize I'm heavy and not pretty like Madeleine had been, but I believe what I believe."

While a separate message of Ms Wandelt's recordings with Mrs McCann's recording expressed: "Imagine there is a slight possibility that I am Madeleine? What then? Is that not important for you?"

"I am not seeking money, I maintain a life here in Poland, I only wish to understand," the recording stated.

The panel was informed that through emails, mobile messages and calls, Ms Wandelt asked for a genetic test, transmitted childhood photos to her phone in a bid to display a similarity to Mrs McCann's vanished daughter, and stated to have "flashbacks" from a youth with the McCanns.

An intelligence analyst, a data specialist with law enforcement who compiled the evidence, told the court there "didn't appear to be any responses" from Mrs McCann.

Ms Wandelt furthermore reached out to family friends of the McCanns, as per the phone records.

On October 9th, 2024, the father answered a call from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, stating she had "the wrong phone."

On that occasion Ms Wandelt left a recording on Mrs McCann's voicemail saying "I won't give up and I will prove my point."

The court learned the co-defendant struck up a connection through digital means with Ms Wandelt prior to joining her on a appearance to the McCanns' property in that area in last December.

Communication data revealed Mrs Spragg had contacted using WhatsApp to Mrs McCann to say the news outlets had depicted Ms Wandelt as "a crazy person" but that she should be considered genuine in the time preceding the trip to the village, Leicestershire, in that winter.

The court learned communications between the two individuals, in last November, planning endeavoring to get Mrs McCann's biological evidence from her trash or from utensils at a dining venue.

"We need to make a stand," the co-defendant told Ms Wandelt.

On the occasion of the appearance to their residence, the defendant transmitted a text which said: "We're currently sitting adjacent to the McCanns' house with our vehicle dark resembling investigators. I wanted to achieve this with another person I hadn't anticipated I would be engaged in this with the McCanns."

The trial ongoing.
